Nope! our sparklers are novelties. sparklers are not considered fireworks under Federal or Texas State Law. Novelty sparklers are regulated in certain cities in texas, so be sure to review local laws where you will be hosting your event. customers assume full responsibility and all liabilities for the possession and use of our products.

We recommend having at least one to two sparklers per guest on your big day. this ensures everyone can join in on the festivities and have a sparkler lit for all your photos! remember – the best photos happen when you have the greatest number of sparklers burning at one time.

The length of your sparklers will determine how long they are capable of burning – the longer the sparkler, the longer the burn time. For weddings, we highly recommend 20″ or 36″ sparklers to give your guests time to enjoy and your photographer to capture memorable photos lit up with with our sparklers.

For vip bottle service or restaurant use, we recommend our 10″ bulk packages. our 10″ sparklers are perfect for bottle service, cake toppers, and much more!

All sparkler orders must be made through our online website. once your order is placed, you can choose a same day porch pick up at our hq in south austin or we can hand deliver the sparklers to you. we deliver in the austin area – for questions about delivery range, text us at 214-794-4690.

We do not ship our sparklers. Sparklers are very delicate and can become damaged easily, so to ensure you recieve your sparklers in great condition we provide home delivery or local pickup.

No. aparklers are for outdoor use only.

• Do not let children use sparklers alone
• Keep sparklers away from clothes and alcohol
• Sparklers are still hot even after they go out – make sure you drop your used sparklers in a bucket filled with sand or water
